Delivery & Shipping

Orders over $150 receive free postage. Orders below $150 are a flat rate of $9.95 standard postage and $12.95 express postage. Exclusions Apply*
*Some items will attract a freight fee of up to $60. Items included in this are Didgeridoos, Coolamons and Large Art Pieces.
We endeavour to get your mail to you as soon as possible. Your parcel will be posted within 4-6 business days and delivery times are normally 7-14 business days from the time of order depending on your location.
Please note we will update our customers if any delays can be expected. Sometimes parcels may be delayed due to reasons out of our control and will show up shortly.

COVID-19 UPDATE: Australia Post has been experiencing some delays in these uncertain times but, are doing their best to ship your orders to you in time.

Delivery Process

We ship orders between Wednesday – Saturday, during office hours. Orders on Saturday will be posted the following business day, being Wednesday. We are closed on public holidays. We aim to send out your orders as fast as possible. Occasionally there are slight delays, for example when we have released new collections. We do appreciate your patience. Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the freight/ courier and / or postal service. We are not liable for any errors made by these services. Once you have received your parcel, please open it with care. We cannot be liable for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel.
Lost Or Damaged Goods

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order so that we may try to assist you at info@redsandsisters.com.au. Red Sand Sisters is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by Australia Post when shipping your goods.

Please retain your original packaging and tracking number in the event you need to lodge a claim with Australia Post directly. You are welcome to alert us that this has occurred so we are aware of the situation and can assist with the process.

On the rare occasion a product arrives with a fault please retain your proof of purchase and contact us directly at info@redsandsisters.com.au and someone will be in touch to discuss the situation and an exchange or replacement will be arranged. Upon assessment of the item and circumstances a replacement, exchange or refund will be issued at our discretion. You may be required to ship the products at your own cost to Red Sand Sisters for assessment. Only the damaged parts of a product will be replaced or refunded.

Returns & Exchange

Here at Red Sand Sisters, we want you to be absolutely happy with the products you have purchased. But we do understand that sometimes things aren’t exactly as they appear online.
If you wish to return your items for an exchange or refund, you need to return the goods to us or make contact with us within 7 days of receiving your order. You will need to supply your proof of purchase and the items must be in AS NEW condition and be UNWASHED and UNWORN in saleable condition.
If there is no error made by Red Sand Sisters with your order and it is simply a return or exchange due to ‘change of mind’ you will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred both to return and re-send items.
If you refuse to accept a delivery & the parcel is redirected back to us, the actual cost of shipping plus our redirect fee which we are charged by Australia Post will be deducted from any refunds/credits/exchange funds.
There are no refunds, exchanges or returns accepted on sale and clearance items as reflected in the heavily discounted price – If a clearance item has a fault it will be clearly disclosed as the reason for the reduced price.
Red Sand Sisters is not required to provide you with a copy of your original receipt to facilitate an exchange, refund, insurance or warranty claim.

Refund Process:

  1. Carefully inspect the items you would like to return to check for any marks, rips/tears, offensive smells (ie. Cigarette smoke), pet hair etc. If any item is not in “as new” condition your request for return for refund will be refused.
  2. After inspecting your items, safely pack them into a waterproof satchel or padded bag along with your proof of purchase and a note clearly detailing the following:
  • Your name, postal address, email address and phone number
  • The items you are returning
  • The reason for your refund
  • A copy of your proof of purchase
  • Post your items to:

Please note that the cost of postage is your responsibility, and that Red Sand Sisters is unable to accept responsibility for refunding the value of items lost in the post, so please consider using a trackable mail option.

  • Once the parcel is received by Red Sand Sisters we will process your refund.
    • Please note:
      • If your original order qualified for free shipping and a full or partial refund results in your order total falling below the free shipping threshold (currently $150), the flat rate postage charge (currently $9.95) will be deducted from your refund amount.
      • If your order contained any promotional specials such as free gifts based on a minimum spend, or 2 for 1 promotions, the value of the free goods will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchange Process:

  1. We are happy to accommodate requests for an exchange in the event that the wrong size or colour was ordered.
